How can I pay for my table?
Once you approve the design, a 50% deposit is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due a few days prior to delivery and installation. We support multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Does RockVine offer any deferred payment terms or credit facility?
Sadly, we are not able to offer any credit facilities or deferred payment options.
How long does it take to get my table?
The lead times vary depending on project complexity and scale. For bespoke designs and retrofit projects, you can generally expect a turnaround between 4 to 8 weeks—from initial consultation to final installation. We will always endeavour to work with you to meet shorter deadlines.
Can I have a sample?
Yes, you can request a sample to ensure the materials and design meet your expectations. We offer a range of samples for our standard finishes and some of our bespoke finishes, but it may not always be possible to produce a sample of a totally unique finish.
