2. Orders-
Orders can be placed online, by telephone, or in our showroom.

- Acceptance of your order occurs when we send you a confirmation email or written confirmation.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, including those with incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

- All prices are listed in GBP (£) andinclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods accepted: major debit/credit cards, bank transfer, and anyother method stated on our website.
- Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before production or dispatch ofyour order.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

- Many RockVine tables and surfaces are custom-made. Once production has begun, orders cannot usually be cancelled orrefunded (except as permitted by law).
- Lead times are estimates; we will keep you updated on progress but cannot beheld liable for delays outside our control.

5. Delivery

- Delivery charges and timescales are shown at checkout or agreed at the point of order.
- You are responsible for ensuring that access is available for delivery(including doorways, stairwells, etc.).
- Risk passes to you on delivery, but ownership remains with RockVine untilfull payment is received.

6. Returns & Refunds

- Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Warranty

- All products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- We guarantee that our products are free from material defects at the time of delivery.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, oralterations.

8. Intellectual Property

- All content on our website, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of RockVine and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

9. Liability

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injurycaused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded bylaw.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws ofEngland and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusivejurisdiction of the English courts.
