Every piece refinished before dispatch. Each showroom table is resealed, retouched and inspected by our team in our Stockport workshop before it leaves us — so the piece that arrives is in pristine condition, with the patina and provenance of where it has been.
A solid yew timber coffee table with hand-poured blue resin filling the natural surface voids and figured grain of the timber. The resin is sanded flush with the timber surface and finished smooth to the touch, then sealed by hand in our Stockport workshop. Set on a custom X-style steel base finished in sage green powder coat — a sculptural, mid-century-inspired piece where the warm tone of yew is set against the soft modern green of the steel.
Construction: Solid yew timber, hand-poured blue resin infill, hand-finished smooth and sealed. X-style steel legs in sage green powder coat supplied separately with all fixings — light self-assembly required on delivery.
Built at the RockVine workshop in Stockport. Yew has a distinctive warm orange-brown heartwood with rich grain figure, complemented here by the bold blue resin detail. This piece has spent time in our showroom before being refinished and brought back to a pristine finish by our team. A characterful coffee table, available once, ready to dispatch.
Solid timber rewards a little care. Wipe spills promptly with a dry cloth, avoid abrasive cleaners, and use coasters under hot or wet items. The resin-filled timber is sealed but not invincible — a gentle furniture wax once a year keeps the surface looking its best. Direct sunlight may gradually deepen the timber tone over time, which is part of the patina. Full care guide supplied with delivery.
