Designers don’t want drama — they want clarity, predictable outcomes and a supplier who can translate a concept into build detail.

This is the workflow we use to make commercial and high-end residential specification simple.

1. Briefing and constraints

We start with the brief: environment, usage, aesthetic intent, target size, and any constraints such as access, programme and budget range.

You’ll speak directly with Mark or Steve — the founders — throughout.

2. Specification

We translate the brief into a spec: dimensions, profile language, base concept, material system and finish direction.

Where repeatability matters, we define what is fixed and what can vary (controlled variation).

3. Approvals and samples

Finish approvals lock colour, texture and sheen. For larger rollouts, a prototype can be produced to remove risk before production.

This stage protects the designer, the client and the programme.

4. Production planning

We schedule production in line with milestones. For phased projects, we batch deliveries so site logistics stay manageable.

Every piece is tracked and allocated to its destination.

5. Delivery and placement support

We coordinate delivery windows and provide practical guidance on handling, protection and placement.

The goal is a clean handover and a finished look that matches the spec.

If you’d like a quick call to test-fit a table into a room plan, we’ll happily do that.
